Hi!

I'm Eva, a first year Masters student at Cornell Tech, studying Connective Media. Connective Media is unique program focused on Computing and Information Systems, while integrating elements HCI and Psychology.   I recently graduated from Wellesley College with a declared major in Media Arts and Science — an inter-disciplinary degree in the fields of Computer Science and Fine Arts.  Additionally, I pursued a minor in English:  I am an avid reader and enjoy creative writing.

My interests are broad and varied, and human-centered design, data science, UI/UX design, and human-computer interaction.  More specifically, I am interested in the different ways technology can be gendered, how women perceive and interact with technology, and how merging technology with art and unconventional design may shape and change these perceptions.

I enjoy creating digital art, but my background is rooted in fine art, specifically in painting, drawing, and printmaking.
