Bachelor of Arts majoring in Media Arts and Sciences (an inter-disciplinary  degree in the fields of Computer Science and Fine Arts), concentrating on Media Sciences, with a minor in English.  Current cumulative GPA: 3.62

Work Experience


Lead UI/UX designer for a a tangible map project, figuring out new ways to interact with the MIT campus in a 3D printed format and show related metadata for the campus.  
-Working with software engineers to solve design challenges
-Creating data visualizations and interfaces for a novel map paradigm
-This project will be showcased in the new MIT Atlas center early this coming year

Design and Marketing Intern

Summer intern in charge of design and marketing projects in the THINKLab at IBM Research headquarters.  Responsibilities include updating the design for the internal THINKLab website, writing and curating images for the THINKLab internal blog, assisting in client engagements and design thinking workshops, and directing and producing a series of internal videos.


Researcher for the Fluid Interfaces group in the MIT Media Lab.   Designing user interfaces to interact with smarter objects — physical objects whose behaviors are programmable.   Studying stylistic tools in augmented reality application (Reality Editor) to apply to user interfaces.
